FAQ & Policies What does Doodie Deeds Do ... ?Doodie Deeds is a dog waste removal (Pooper Scooper) company that will thoroughly clean your yard free of pet waste. Why hire a pooper scooper to clean your lawn... ?
How often does your company come out... ?Most of our customers prefer pooper scooper service once or twice a week. Are there any contracts to sign ... ?No, we can start and stop your service anytime with a phone call or via email. How do I pay... ?Doodie Deeds is a pre-paid service. Monthly customers will be invoiced by the 15th of each month. Payment must be received by the end of the month to continue service. Payment for one time customers must be rendered on the day of service. You may pay your invoice by check, cash or credit card thru Pay-Pal on our web-site. Is there an extra charge for the first time clean-up ... ?Yes there may be an extra charge for the first pooper scooper service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. This will be determined during the consultation. Will you clean any yard... ?Yes! There may be a slightly higher charge for very large yards over the typical 1/4 acre size yard. What about tall grass and leaves... ?Doodie Deeds cannot service your yard thoroughly with heavy leaves, high grass, rocky areas or debris. We will do the best we can under these circumstances. Can you work with my dog in the yard... ?Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive and lets us in your yard. If your dog is not good with strangers, or if your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.Should I unlock my gate... ?Yes, we do not climb or jump over fences. Doodie Deeds must have unlimited access to the area to be serviced. If you have a lock on your gate, you must provide us with a key or lock combination so that we can service your yard. If your gate is locked when we arrive it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. A note will be placed on your front door explaining the reason for the non-serviceable visit. Doodie Deeds will make sure your gate is locked when we leave. Is your equipment sanitized... ?Yes, in order to prevent the spread of infectious canine viruses, we sanitize all equipment before and after each visit in Bleach and our shoes are sprayed with Parvosol, a vet approved broad spectrum disinfectant. What do you do with the dog waste?Collected Dog Waste is doubled bagged and disposed of in your trash.Do you work through the winter... ?Yes. As long as your dog is using your yard, Doodie Deeds will scoop and remove dog waste through the winter months as well. What happens when it rains or the weather is bad... ?We'll work in most weather, but very heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, ice, snow (As little as 1 inch of recent snowfall can impair our ability to locate waste) or any other severe weather may stop us. We will most often be able to make up the work later that week, but if we cannot, we will return on the next scheduled service day. Your monthly rate will remain the same since we will be collecting double the amount of waste on the next scheduled visit. What if I want to skip a service day... ?If the dog will be gone from the yard for a week or two, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. However, please note that if your pet is still continuing to use the yard; for a week or two, there may be an additional charge on your next visit due to the additional accumulation of waste. What about Holidays... ?We do not work the following Holidays / Days:
